Our town councilors are going to periodically put out newsletters for the community with information and news they feel is relevant to our citizens. They will be delivered to residents but we will also post them here for everyone to read.

Communities in Bloom
“People, plants and pride… growing together”
Communities in Bloom (CiB) is a Canadian volunteer based non-profit organization committed to fostering civic pride, environmental responsibility and beautification through community involvement. It is a provincial and national program that recognizes community involvement in tidiness, environmental action, heritage conservation, urban forestry, landscape and floral displays.
The pride, sense of community and feeling of accomplishment generated through participating are visible in communities all over Canada. Participants can benefit financially from the program through community tourism initiatives, business opportunities and other related projects. All participants are showcased on the CiB website http://www.communitiesinbloom.ca with a description page and a link to their respective community website.
Bring your community pride and come join the CiB program. Meeting dates are available on the Craik Calendar or at the Craik Post Office.
For further CiB information you may wish to contact Audrey Taylor-Faye at: firstname.lastname@example.org
The entire Craik community is excited and proud to be a part of the wonderful organization and encourages everyone to get involved. It’s our community. Let’s keep it Beautiful
