Senior & Low Income Living

The Craik Housing Authority maintains 3 properties in our community that benefit our senior citizens and low income families. They are “The Midlakes Manor,” “Craik Senior Housing” and “The Family House,” all located in Craik.

You will find information below on all three housing opportunities as well you can view our informative

Marketing brochure.

Craik has long been known as a wonderful community to spend the retirement years for both local and new residents to the town. The “small town,” slower paced, laid-back and no traffic jams lifestyle appeals to many seniors who want to enjoy their retirement to the fullest.

Our community values and supports its senior citizens with many local programs and housing options which they can take advantage of.

As well, we have a hospital with a resident physician and nursing staff with palliative care beds for those who require more care and attention.

Mel’s Pharmacy is an important business in our community allowing us to obtain prescription medications locally without having to travel to larger centres
